I tried doing a factory reset, and while holding reset, the mic lights flash red, but nothing else happens. And make sure you don't have a 'RoundTable' branded device if you are using the CX tools and firmware package.
After doing some research we found that the firmware is out of date vosta decided that the problem may be resolved by updating it Hi Dcotter, I have tried to search some documents for this issue, but cannot find any solutions or workarounds for this issue.
Just follow the steps in the Troubleshooting section as a workaround to save yourself some time.

Disconnect the power of the CX, connected it again and it works. I have set vieta quality setting down to the lowest option, with the same results. Did you ever find an answer to this?
